SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated in two (2) categories:

  • under 25kg; and
  • over 25 kg

Parcels in the under 25kg category will be charged as a flat rate whilst the over 25kg category will need to be quoted on. Both categories are based on the size and weight of the product you are purchasing when packaged.

Shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. If your product is in the over 25kg range you will be asked a series of questions to provide you with a quote for shipping of your item.

From time to time we may offer free shipping on items in the under 25kg category, this will be advertised on the website.

How long will it take to get my order?

In most cases you can expect to receive your order the next business day if delivering to a metro area and order is placed before 12noon AEST, provided all products are in stock at the time of order. We do our best to ship your items the same day as you place the order but cannot guarantee this.

We rely on the timeframes for courier in your local area, so will provide you with the tracking number so you will be able to track the delivery of your order.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within the above handling timeframes, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If the product you have selected is currently out of stock, we will give you an estimated timeframe we expect to restock the item and expected delivery date by a follow-up email.

Can I organize my own Courier?

Unfortunately, no. We use a courier service to ensure the speedy delivery of your item. Tracking details will be provided to you once available from the courier.

We do not use Australia Post and cannot ship to PO Boxes as all parcels need to be signed for upon receipt.

Can I insure the delivery of my purchase?

At this time the carrier’s do not allow for insurance at an additional cost.

Do you offer International shipping?

We only ship within Australia.

Can I pickup from your store?

Sorry, we do not provide a pickup service.

What if my order doesn’t arrive in the estimated timeframe?

We do our best to ensure you get your delivery in a timely manner. But from time to time unknown things may occur that affect the courier’s ability to deliver on time. Should you be experiencing a delay, please email us at orders@mrinky.com.au and we will ensure this is resolved.

What about Returns and Warranty?

Return policies will vary depending on the brand of the product. Please contact us and we can provide you with specific information regarding the product in question.
